To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Lead / Senior Consultants (m/f/d).

What you can expect

• Solution-oriented process consulting for large industrial companies, with a focus on the manufacturing sector

• Concept development, design and implementation of enterprise solutions in the area of SAP S/4HANA Service

• Taking on module responsibility in the area of customer service within national and international SAP projects

• Change management & coaching

• Supporting presales activities and the development and expansion of our customer relationships

• Delivering workshops and training sessions

• Mentoring trainees and prospective senior consultants

• Nice colleagues and to be part of local team in Finland, but working in one global cbs organization and projects

• Be a member of cbs competence center team of your SAP area to share, support and learn with your colleagues

What we are looking for

• A first-class degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or a comparable qualification

• At least four years’ professional experience as an SAP consultant specializing in SAP CS and/or SAP CRM  in process and optimization projects

• Ideally, cross-module integration knowledge

• Initial experience as a project manager leading SAP consultants specializing in specific business areas, or as a sub-project manager in large SAP projects, would be an advantage

• Independent and proactive approach to work, analytical and conceptual thinking, strong communication skills at both team and departmental management levels in multicultural environments

• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Finnish/Swedish and English. German language skills as a working language are beneficial.

• Willingness to travel to Germany or other customer project locations.

• SAP certifications are considered as a plus.

• Residence in Finland (work location: Espoo)
