Senior SAP EWM Consultant for Application Management Support (m/f/d)

In application support, we assist our clients as solution providers throughout the entire lifecycle of an SAP system landscape — both in project and operational phases.

To further expand our business in romania, we are currently looking for experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant (m/w/d) for Application Management Support (m/f/d) to join cbs as a permanent employee.

Expectations and Tasks:

• Implementation of complex requirements through customizing of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

• Project-specific and demand-based adaptations of the SAP standard in the EWM area

• In-depth analysis of technical application issues in EWM to identify root causes and deliver solutions

• Handling and resolution of 3rd-level support tickets, including tracking

• Working in close collaboration with clients to create technical specifications and ensure proper implementation

• Leading presentations and workshops for customers and prospects

• Active participation in the development of the EWM business unit

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of the entire value chain and business/logistics processes of a company

• Industry experience in manufacturing companies

• Several years of consulting experience in IT-related support of EWM projects, including customizing

• Knowledge of adjacent SAP modules (e.g. MM, SD, PP); initial experience with S/4HANA is a plus

• Experience in handling support requests (incidents, changes, service requests)

• Preferred: Experience with Fiori applications, SAP interface technologies (e.g. SAP ALE/IDocs, EDI), and SAP programming/debugging

• A self-motivated, proactive, and at the same time team-oriented approach

• Excellent English language skills - German is a plus
