We are building a Customer Support Team in Türkiye to enhance our customer service capabilities. This team will play a critical role in monitoring IT servers, handling e-document issues, and providing exceptional customer support. We’re looking for dynamic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to solving complex customer problems efficiently. Expectations and Tasks:

  • e-Document Expertise: Leverage your experience in electronic documents(e-invoice, e-delivery, e-ledger) to address and resolve related issues

  • Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring all their queries and concerns are promptly addressed

  • Problem Analysis and Resolution: Conduct detailed error analyses to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise

  • Continuous Monitoring: Keep a close eye on IT server performance to ensure smooth operation

Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with SAP or EDI in the support area is highly advantageous

  • Proven track record in IT server monitoring

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform

  • Good communication skills in English

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Suitable for shift work plan also on weekends

  • Successfully completed vocational training (IT specialist, IT system administrator, comparable commercial training) and/or completed studies (business informatics, computer science or comparable) or professional experience in this field

  • You work reliably, independently, and focused

  • You are interested in modern technologies and innovation topics
