To strengthen our team in Romania, we are looking for experienced SAP Senior Consultants (m/f/d) in the area of Production Planning (SAP PP) who are keen to actively contribute to our innovative projects.

What to expect

• Solution-oriented process consulting for large industrial companies, with a focus on the manufacturing industry

• Conceptualization, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions with a focus on SAP SCM/logistics, particularly SAP PP

• Taking on module responsibility in the area of production planning (SAP PP) in national and international SAP projects, with the opportunity to gradually expand your scope of responsibilities

• Independent preparation and facilitation of customer workshops

• Change management and coaching

• Support in presales activities and in building and expanding customer relationships

• Mentoring of trainees and aspiring senior consultants

What we are looking for

• An excellent university degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or a comparable qualification

• At least 4 years of professional experience as an SAP logistics consultant or application manager in an industrial environment, with a focus on production planning

• Ideally, initial project experience in the implementation of S/4HANA

• First experience as a project lead for functional SAP consultants or as a sub-project lead in large SAP projects is an advantage

• An independent and proactive working style, strong analytical and conceptual thinking, and excellent communication skills at both team and departmental management level in multicultural environments

• Very good English language skills

• Willingness to travel, including occasional international assignments
